How can customize the ImageColumn to get Cloudfront instead of S3?

its related to your filesystem configuration, you should change the filesystem url into the cloudfront. its not on the filament

Is there a way to stop the global search and notification bell from flashing on page load?

i think you should try SPA, because standard filament always refresh the page everytime you change click the link, thats why it will always flashing https://filamentphp.com/docs/3.x/panels/configuration#spa-mode

Database Notification Error Svg by name "o-annotation" from set "heroicons" not found.

I have solved the problems, its caused because the icons from filament 2. i have migrated my apps from filament 2 to filament 3. managed to solve with clearing all database notifications.
