Axolotls not spawning
Running PaperMC latest version. I'm not sure if I messed up on one of the settings or not, but no axolotls are spawning anywhere.

Is Map Data Unique for each Overworld?
Clarification: I have Multiverse with two overworlds. I have custom mapart on one overworld. When players make maps in the other world the image from the first world shows up

Running a specific command in bukkit.yml
Is there a way to run the below command properly through bukkit.yml? I keep getting parsing errors:
