Several Issues - Bot unresponsive | Add/Remove autoroles Broken
I can share the screenshots, but the bot is unresponsive (a LOT) where it just says "
The application did not respond" and will do that several times in a several minute period, then eventually respond with errors.
I realize that currently the bot is undergoing maintenance, and maybe that will be fixed, but the issue has been happening for me for several weeks as the admin of three servers, it's sporadic across them all.
The biggest issue is when users want to use the bot for VERY quick transactions that are recorded. Such as:
- Rashid
- Splitting Loot
- Looking up online members of our own guild(s), members that are online in rival guilds
When the bot doesn't respond, or our roles aren't updated due to unforeseen circumstances, it makes it very difficult to rely on the bot. It is preventing me from warranting the cost to buy premium, when there are (recently) consistency issues.8 replies
