Forgot to end trial - can I get a refund?

Hello guys I tried app and forgot to detach my card. I have been charged for one month - I dont want to use it can I get a refund for invoice: 11D1D860-0002

Is it possible to host it using synology?

Can be a dumb question but I really dont know why container is not starting when I'm trying to run it on synology
