SOS! Cloudflare support? I don’t want to lose my clients domains.
Hi, I’ve been trying to reach Cloudflare support regarding several domains that were renewed using PayPal. The PayPal system indicated that the eCheck didn’t go through, but it shows as “paid” on Cloudflare’s end. I need to pay the invoices to ensure I don’t lose my clients’ domains. Case IDs: 01324498 & 01341846 The renewals from December are marked as paid, but many are not actually paid. I need support to audit my account and identify the unpaid ones so I can resolve this issue. I don’t want to lose my clients’ domains. Please help. Thank you.
