SOS! Cloudflare support? I don’t want to lose my clients domains.
Hi,
I’ve been trying to reach Cloudflare support regarding several domains that were renewed using PayPal.
The PayPal system indicated that the eCheck didn’t go through, but it shows as “paid” on Cloudflare’s end.
I need to pay the invoices to ensure I don’t lose my clients’ domains.
Case IDs: 01324498 & 01341846
The renewals from December are marked as paid, but many are not actually paid.
I need support to audit my account and identify the unpaid ones so I can resolve this issue.
I don’t want to lose my clients’ domains.
Please help.

Looks like you posted on reddit and there's already an escalation for this on the forums and you got a response.
The Developer community can only directly escalate issues that are dev platform issues, for billing issues/etc that require escalation, the community forums is the place to go https://community.cloudflare.com. If you post on there, I'll link that post with the existing internal escalation on the forums, might make back and forth easier if you're still having issues. Otherwise should be set, already escalated
