Refined R&D API keeps getting loaded on mod list
As stated, however I don't use any mods from them. And it will randomly be removed while and gives me the "You're missing this mod!" on resuming my game.

Industrial Evolution not counting somersloops
The "machine widget" is no longer calculating the somersloops for any machine, be it I.E. or vanilla. So adding 2 somersloops to a refinery making 120 fuel will show that the refinery is making 120, not 240.

Awesome Sink Storage adding unused items
Installing the Awesome Sink Storage mod also adds the mandatory hidden library, but it now contains all the extra items which are superfluous when not using Satisfactory+. So can there be a second library just for items, because I had to uninstall it just to get rid of all the unnecessary extras.
