@Nurul sorry I misread your comment/question. I got the error randomly, I then tried to upgrade prisma in order to see if that would fix it; it did not.
And yes, I am getting the error when running
pnpm prisma migrate dev and with --create-only14 replies

SOLVED: Create w/ sub create: Subquery returned more than 1 value
I figured this out, we had a trigger on a table that was causing a problem and returning data that Prisma didn't like.
