Server starts at boot without being scheduled
I'm setting up a home server with paper on debian bookworm. I usually set up a simple start script and set it to execute at boot with crontab, then have another script for stopping the server, making a backup and rebooting that runs daily.
I have noticed that the server is always running even when I clear the crontab and reboot, but there is no screen to attach to. Does the "restart on crash" option in the spigot.yml file do this?? I can't seem to find why is starting and have to kill the process manually every time.
