It’s been like two weeks and the hardware ban hasn’t been lifted. I appealed but the bot that replied to my message denied the appeal. I’ve lost my immortal leaderboard placement and I just want my account unbanned because I literally did not cheat. Did anyone else find a way to solve this? Or know a riot employee that can help me

I was immortal 3 and then I got banned for van 152 hardware ban and im confused because I didn’t cheat and I wanted to know how I can fix this.
