It’s been like two weeks and the hardware ban hasn’t been lifted. I appealed but the bot that replied to my message denied the appeal. I’ve lost my immortal leaderboard placement and I just want my account unbanned because I literally did not cheat. Did anyone else find a way to solve this? Or know a riot employee that can help me

How long where you banned for
A hardware ban is 4 months and your account that you cheated on gets permenantly banned
Meaning after 4 months you can make a new account
Also any account you log into while hardware ban will ban that account

But I didn’t cheat is the problem
So my account got banned for no reason

but vanguard probably detected a 3rd party app

been 2months or more
if they dont do anything than your ban is right vanguard detected something
van guard is useless they ignore everyone
they ban you for any 3rd party software like crosshair overlay or razor cortex and i didnt even have anything running in background except nvidia geforce and i got banned mid match
nah they dont and i prefer a anti cheat that ban every little thing that an anti cheat like battle eye that do nothing
cortex not sure but yeah crosshair x is bannable it give an advantage when you think about it
you know people still somehow cheat in the game with external and they dont get caught and i get banned for no reas

but they got unbanned since they are known and was more able to reach out to riot staff
its happen they ban by error most of the time they unban when its the case, sometime sadly they dont uban but rarely you must either by in this cases or either you have something

yeah and hwid ban is 4 month so no valorant for 4 month and lost account

the account is perm yeah but hwid is 4 month so you will be able to play on a new account in 4 month
i did make 3 tickets too lol
they dont even reply they just say problem solved
someone did same ticket like me but with different explanation and they got unbanned but now they stopped since other people dont get replys too
he didnt get unban for different explanation, he did because he was legit and vanguard maybe got trigger by a driver corrupted or somthing like that
no he wasnt legit i mean he got hacked but the account was legit but some how he still got unban
because he got proof he got hacked

if i make a new account and play val now and then when i get the van 152 error would that account get banned too
yeah every account you will play on before the deban of the hwid, they will get perm
ok because 2nd day i got banned tried making new account and got it banned

its what hwid ban, its composant ban you cant play at all for 4 month
every account where you launch the game is a perm ban
