plugin for client-side block changes
essentially just need help finding a plugin that does what the title describes! if you’re confused, i’ll provide an example below:
imagine a giant gate made of stone bricks.
behind the gate is a boss fight.
the gate is closed for some players. most players, in fact. like there’s literally blocks in the way and it’s impossible for them to go through.
but! the gate is open for other players ((lets say it’s permission based)). those that see the door open can walk right through it to the boss fight. for players who see the door as closed, it’ll look like the other players just phased through it.
i THINK this would have to be done through client bound packets. and i THINK the same method for controlling the gate can be used to create stop motion animations for a large tree falling over in a cutscene or something.
but at the same time i don’t really know too much about this kinda stuff in the slightest and i’d like your guys’ intelligence please :) thank you in advance!
