haven't had the issue yet and the performance is mostly the same, i guess it's an issue with dx12?

forcing vulkan in the launch arguments has worked and it's running well, i'll give it some time to see if it does the fps drop thing though

graphics drivers are up to date, hierarchal z-buffer occlusion is already disabled

tried opening the game in vulkan (i've been playing on dx12) and it forced dx11 instead and gave me awful performance

I remember having issues a while ago when switching between dx11/dx12/vulkan so I've been playing on dx12 since then but I'll try the others when I'm on my pc

the mods aren't the issue, but also it only happens once I've loaded into the game so I can't troubleshoot by disabling mods cause then I wouldn't be able to load into my save

Items from "Structural Solutions" and "More Glass and Walls" not showing in build menu
yep, they're both in the hub. SS in tier 1 and glass in tier 2
