https://www.daad-canada.ca/de/studieren-forschen-in-deutschland/studieren-in-deutschland/
and most commonly you'd consult DAAD. it facilitated my stay many years ago as an exchange student, but it's the same with new full time students outside DE

i guess very few people could answer this. all i know is DE took in certain students from Canada before, so
https://anabin.kmk.org/anabin.html
this organization has some records of Cdn schools but for recognizing Cdn credentials you'll be spending time on consulting ppl like them

Curious about Part-time CPA and how different it is
I won't quote officiers exactly, who i contacted recently, but
-part-time cpa: you don't need to register to sign up for any course. They have some different courses but it has a similar learning path as full-time cpa. As such, there is no actual "course selection" since enrollment puts you in a certain course.
-(part time, presumably) osap is available
-no co-op
-yes, online

it's just like programming in general: ask yourself, what you want to achieve. McMaster sounds like the best for the audience here. Some people look for a school with reputation/good ranking. Some look for more math/not so much math. Some want online mode/offline, straight moving to the school's city. Etc etc.
Personally i'd find it to be a lot of time, as with most other schools, unless you are barely 20 and you have no prior degree.
