The 1. is mainly because the hubs can acts as remote conveyor belts with the help of drones, but sometimes when production lines are paused or something else gets stuck, you want to delete all items or a certain amount of some items... You could make it an inventory though - this way it could hold and transfer multiple items.

manufacturer has to be in tier 6 and fuel gen has to be in tier 5 together with the refinery
