I personally used to use FactionsUUID
I used the dev builds so that i wouldnt have to buy the plugin, but i can't really recommend that as dev builds can be unstable

Players could sell their diamonds with /sell
And then use the money they got from those diamonds for Factions purchases

Im assuming most factions plugins wouldnt have that as an option, but what you can do is simply have a plugin that lets players convert their diamonds to money
