Good aim labs playlists to practice micro-adjustments, counter strafes etc
Looking for a playlist that covers what the title says and also how frequently should I play them. Warmups, once in a while etc

Does counter-strafing ruin aim?
I have the uncontrollable habit to counter strafe in every game including Val. I don’t know if it ruins aim entirely as you don’t necessarily benefit from it due to the game engine and how the characters move.
But I can’t stop. I thought it did till I saw someone like Aspas play. He’s always mobile, always moving and that’s my habit because I tend to hit an and d always. I do this because of my ping and I’m trying to make it difficult for enemies to one tap me in duels

How to duelist on 83+ ping?
Made this post on reddit, and it got flagged for "Technical and Account support"
I play from Ghana and connect to Madrid servers. My ping averages between 83 and 90 and main Jett. I prefer the duelist role but for the love of God, this is difficult. Back in June of last year, I would average slightly lower ping (77-79/80). Now that is not the case.
Every time I aim, the hit reg does not work for me, especially in Team Deathmatch. I wonder sometimes, where my bullets go. Client-side bullet tracers are useless so I have that off. I literally strive to improve my aim daily, and I do see improvements but it is really inconsistent. I don't know what to do. I really cannot even tell if I am truly making progress in trying to improve my aim. I would sit there and be hard on myself because I don't know if it is human error or the game. The game is unbelievably random so I guess but it really discourages me.
Sometimes, I don't even play ranked. I will play Deathmatch after I warm up in Aimlabs and the range. I play it and it's the worst experience, I get tilted and go off immediately.
I do not know if I should just switch to another role. I would try to learn other roles but right now I am so busy with school, I don't have the time to. When I'm free, I play the game, and I like to play what I know how to play best (Jett, Reyna, and sometimes Neon)
I am incredibly low elo (bronze 1) and I have been decaying. Peak was bronze 3. But, for a bronze player, on my good days, my aim is really good. Been using the improved demon1 routine and it actually helps.
Also, solo q is impossible, I always solo q since I have no one to play the game with. Most of my friends don't like the game. I get people worse than me in games (When I play the game, I am so mentally destroyed, I put myself at the lowest in terms of skill) and I have to battle smurfs on my ping. It feels one-sided,
