TAB Plugin Time Zone
For the TAB plugin, the time zone is being displayed in UTC. Is there a way to have it set for whatever the player's current time zone is?

Setting up Ranks for TAB and chat
Hello! I'm now in charge of hosting a Paper SMP server with a few plugins. I'm trying to set up ranks to show up in Tab and in chat. We have a TAB plugin, so I'm wondering if it's easier to use this or should I be using the /teams commands in game. I want the ranks to show up in chat and TAB as a prefix to the appropriate players' names. I also would like to remove the <> and simply have a colon : as a suffix when players type in chat. Can anyone please assist me? Much appreicated!
