MetaData Select Field Options

MetaData Select Field Options. Is it possible to disable an Option. The challenge I am having is loading in historical data that is old the options changed over the years. Currently there is 400 Options in the the list, but only 15 are current and Active by users. Keeping the old data is important but It seems like there is no way to make an Option Inactive, Is it possible to disable an Option.

How to add Calendar event to person

This might be obvious I can't seem to figure it out, Do you have to have calendar sync enabled to add a calendar event to a person?

Import users

Is there a way to Import users. I need to load about 200 users to the workspace and import all of their data from another system.
I am going to try just manually importing to the workspaceMember table but wanted to see if there is a better way to do this.
