the launcher doesn't let me open the game
i was going to check on my competitive ban, and when i tried to open the game, i needed to restart my pc, cuz the launcher asked to do it, i restarted it and it still asks me to do the same thing

My ranked ban was 20 hours and went to 120 hours
I never played ranked for like 2 months ago, and didn't play until now, and suddenly my ban went to 20 hours to 120 hours ban from ranked
