Max item dropped
So was testing around and found that mass harvest farms would break. Found out if there are enough dropped items in a area nothing else would drop. Is this caused by paper? (1.18 paper)

Ping lag on specific server
Been testing connections and there is one server that has issues with connection.
In the past that same server I always have to reconnect wifi to beable to get on, today it started having super high pings and became almost unplayable.
Client is not a issue I tested with vanilla client, paper server 1.18.
Tested other servers like hypixle even minhut servers without issues. Just 1 specific server that has issues.
