Seeking Clarification about Mod Manager / Mod Updates
My main concern is that I want to be alerted when a mod is updated, and get a chance to review the patch notes before I decide if I want to apply the mod update.
I see on the left-hand panel in the mod manager a section called "Updates" where it then says "No mod/SMM updates right now" and below it says "Check for updates".
And I see in the Mod Manager Settings that there is a setting called "Update Check" and a setting called "Queue".
I think there are a few clarifications I need.
1. The update check setting can be set to "On start", "on exit", and "Ask when found". Does this mean if one of the first two are selected, that it doesn't ask and just applies the update without asking? And if "Ask when found" is selected, does this mean it doesn't check for udpates on start or exit? meaning if "Ask when found" is selected, it doesn't automatically check for updates at all? The setting is confusing because it seems to be about two things. When the app checks for updates, and whether or not the app asks before applying updates. If understand correctly, this should be two separate settings or it should be clarified.
2. Does the "Queue" setting apply to just new mod downloads, or does it apply to updates as well? Again, it is a bit confusing and maybe should be clarified better in tooltips.
