Average Interview Rates for Developer?
So I've been looking for a job for a a little while now, and I noticed interviews are few and far between. But I hear other developers talk about how they had the chance to consider 2-3 job offers at once.
So I'm curious, what would you guys say is the typical experience when looking on the job market?

How can I break into backend software development?
Hey all, so I have been learning web development. But I find I am more interested in the back end then the front end of things. I would like to learn more about back end with the eventual goal of transitioning away from my current software dev role to something in the backend. What technologies would I realistically need to know for this?
