IP seems to be blocked?
I am pinging cloudflare from my home network and it seems it does not respond my main domain uses Cloudflare IP: 104.21.21.26

If I use a VPN the IP is accessible (Romania VPN)

Different scenario occurs, on my other domain (uses 104.21.26.177) and pinging it does not block it even on my home network

So it seems like either certain cloudflare IPs are being blocked by the ISP or there is a routing issue somewhere in the network. But It seems like the theoretical fix is to simply reassign my main domain to a different cloudflare IP I hope we could find some solutions soon since its a pain to use VPN everytime

Actually this is not a sole issue, Ive been having the issue as well
