IP seems to be blocked?

Hello everyone, i hope i can get some advice here. It appears that cloudflare has banned my ip as i can not access any site that is protected by cloudflare. If i do i get into a loop of verification processes that i can not leave. For context: I am currently training to become a data analyst and have been practicing data scraping on an animal encyclopedia site. I have been experimenting with different ways to do that, however switched to a google webcache of the site after a while because i was afraid of accidently overloading it or similar. robots.txt did not forbid scraping either, i checked that beforehand. When i closed my program and tried to access the internet as usual i noticed that i couldnt log into my google account etc. because of the above mentioned problem. I also can not check the solutions in the cloudflare community because... they are also cloudflare protected, thus i cannot access the channels. Does anyone have an idea how i could undo this or reach the cloudflare support, seeing as they dont have an email or anything i can reach without going on their site?

Discord is protected by cloudflare so you arent ip banned

€: Oh yeah, ive already tried restarting my modem, clearing cache and cookies aswell as site data for multiple sites. Is that so? 😮 That is good to know, but then what could be the problem?

Every site sets up their own rules that are blocking you

That may be so, but how could this affect sites that i have been visiting without problem before? And i always end up on the cloudflare protection site, that stops me.

They can always update rules that wind up blocking you and yeah if you get blocked by a rule they setup on cloudflare it would show a cloudflare protection site

Fair point. Do you happen to know how i can check if rules have been changed?

You'd have to contact the sites you are trying to access for why you are getting blocked cloudflare cant and wont give any info on it

Altough to be honest, itd be quite the coincidence if several sites decided to update their rules spontaniously like that ^^' I see. Aight, thanks anyways. I guess ill try asking around on the sites then.

Actually this is not a sole issue, Ive been having the issue as well I am pinging cloudflare from my home network and it seems it does not respond my main domain uses Cloudflare IP: 104.21.21.26

Different scenario occurs, on my other domain (uses 104.21.26.177) and pinging it does not block it even on my home network

So it seems like either certain cloudflare IPs are being blocked by the ISP or there is a routing issue somewhere in the network. But It seems like the theoretical fix is to simply reassign my main domain to a different cloudflare IP I hope we could find some solutions soon since its a pain to use VPN everytime
