so it is the case that the many-to-many self-relation knows what fields to link because we also have the one-to-one self-relation?

in other threads people seem to be just naming the relation but I don't understand how the relation would then know that we are comparing
id <-> inReplyToId is it just that there is already a one-to-one self-reference relation for the parent?22 replies
