TransactionRollbackError

Need some help understanding TransactionRollbackError... Is this error saying the tx.rollback() function itself threw an error and that the rollback was unsuccessful, or just that the tx.rollback() function was called?

MySQL Connection Errors

My MySQL Service is locked up. I cannot connect to it at all. Getting failed to fetch and ECONN errors. I cannot see any tables in the railway dashboard or even run simple count queries from the dashboard

Environment Secrets

Looking for some info on environment secrets. The environment variables on the "variables" tab for a service are masked, but when you edit them the plaintext shows up. Are these stored encrypted and decrypted during editing, or are all environment variables stored in plain text?
