I found the issue. The access midifier was set to (Custom), which idk how that even happened?

It is fixable, by manually adding the property to the Resource designer. But that seems unecessarily complicated for just adding a resource

It was, because it changed the project path as well, without actually renaming the path

It changed all the namespace names as well. For example LAMP_X.Desktop
