Can't figure out why server is lagging
I recently built a pc to use as a modded minecraft server and i have it setup at a friend's house. Currently I'm just trying to get it all setup but no matter what i do the server seems to lag, both me and the server are connected to (different) gigabit networks. I have various server optimization mods installed and according to the server its self-reporting 20 TPS, however mobs move very choppily and hits don't always register and when they do they're delayed, one of the server optimization mods i installed severely reduces AI overhead and entity spawning so the mobs themselves shouldn't be the issue, also my game reads the server ping at around 30ms. Any help would be appreciated, attached is the most recent server log
