What a bizarre workaround lol. Well, hope it'll fixed soon, whatever causes it.
Because of that I've reinstalled it twice.
And reinstalled W10 twice, god that was a nightmare.

No, you shouldn't. I was wrong
My theory was your MB just rolls back to saveboot, restoring all settings including Secure boot which is turned on.

Heyo.
Have you turned off Secure Boot in your BIOS before changing the GPU?
If so, check Secure boot again, maybe your motherboard rolls back to factory setting due hardware change.

The screw holding the antenna was unscrewed and somehow disconnected the module. Now I've tightened it up and everything is fine
