16.26 error: No installed package matches 'libglapi-24.1.4-3.fc40.x86_64'
Ah perfect that would explain it. I will have try that and I shall see how it goes, if I have any questions in the future if I could ask at a different point I'd appreciate it. But for now I don't know how to mark this as solved as I am on a mobile phone at the moment. But I really appreciate you taking the time to help thank you.

Thank you for the help. Bazzite seems like to go to approach. I was having a look at Bazzite but I couldn't find the base image for Bazzite for KDE specifically. I'll have another look again maybe I missed it but I could only see Bazzite and Bazzite deck and a few other ones.
