Then I have no clue why some clients are unable to download the pack when they join.
Some have the promt appear for like half a second but it just disappears before they can click "accept"

I've heard that some client limit how large a server resource can be for the client to accept the Download.
If I receive a log in the future regarding this problem. What would I look for in the log and how would I solve it?

Their client on 1.19.4 seemed to straight up crash as they joined the server

It seems the player is unable to download the server resourcepack when using lunar client on 1.19.2 (server version is 1.19.4 - ViaVersion and ViaBackwards is installed)
The other crash log is from a fresh vanilla installment of 1.19.4

Why am i crashing?
Do you have any idea why this would only affect other players/accounts. Its very strange to me why the only time there is no issues is when i connect with my main account

Why am i crashing?
The mods are of Feather Client and a few client side mods like Mouse Wheeler.
There are no mods that adds anything to the game. The same crash happens using straight vanilla
