Which encoder/transcoder gui app works with amd hw accel
i tried handbrake and avidemux but both only work with software transcoding which is really slow, the only thing that works are cli ffmpeg using vaapi but i prefer to use gui if possible

happen with coolercontrol layered, if i uninstall coolercontrol or rpm-ostree reset i can update but cannot install coolercontrol afterward Fixed in 20240728 image
