no space when installing packages

as being said in the other channel, its not running out of space, its just dnf arent supposed to work yet, use brew for cli apps

i dont think f13 will solve the active windows problem, your best option is to either use the official client or wait for this pr to merge https://github.com/Vencord/Vesktop/pull/326
