Which encoder/transcoder gui app works with amd hw accel
i tried handbrake and avidemux but both only work with software transcoding which is really slow, the only thing that works are cli ffmpeg using vaapi but i prefer to use gui if possible

i finally found that using handbrake-git from aur using ghcr.io/ublue-os/arch-distrobox-amdgpupro works with VCE
