Who is your target audience? You could use social media to show off the gameplay, and players will naturally get curious and want to join your server

Test server as new player
It depends on what you're using to find out if you're joining for the first time. You may need to delete and then restore your player data. Or use a test server setup. Or another test account.

How can i set so its always snowing but in a diffrent world?
You can set a game rule that disables weather changes and then use a command to set it to snow/rain. You have to be in the right biome, I think.
