Yeah, there is one called Interaction visualizer, he shows every item timers n furnances vrewing stands n etc. While being used.

Name tag is created by InteractionVisualizer plugin and it's not affecting items despawn time, but Like Jay said It could be in paper world config. I was changing him a time ago to optimize server. Will take look at that. Thanks for advice.

Can't keep up is the server overloaded?
and it was showing this warn to next reboot, after second reboot everything went okay.
but its not for the first time i see that comes out so I thought there is some problem but it shows rare
