Does Novu support sending logs/metrics to New Relic?

Feature request submitted! Yes, a call would be good. I'm currently evaluating both Novu and Courier as possible solutions to our requirements

Does Novu support sending logs/metrics to New Relic?
We would be looking to use the SaaS option, rather than self-hosted. In terms of logs/metrics, I guess anything around messages that have failed to send (particularly if there's a spike of failures), perhaps tracking the number of requests going through Novu so we can monitor our traffic and watch out for unexpected spikes
