our credentials have been stolen.
Hello, We have a serious problem. We believe that our credentials have been stolen.
When entering the control panel we cannot enter with the usual email and password.
We have tried to recover the password and the email has never arrived, so we suspect that they have changed the email. We have tried to recover the email with the form and the email has never arrived either, so we believe that the credentials have indeed changed.
Is there a way to recover the account?
