Valorant crashes when I alt tab
It works just fine for a while then I alt tab and it crashes saying I need to update my drivers but they're already up to date, windows is up to date I never had this issue before (RIOT: 38b2jJn). I followed some tutorials on YT but nothing helped it's still happening what should I do?

Monitor specs: 24inch 60Hz 1440p
I'm thinking of buying a new monitor with a higher refresh rate as I think it might help me in higher elo. The only issue is that a 1440p monitor with a higher refresh rate is too pricey for me. I might have to settle for 1080p. I'm wondering how much the difference in clarity will affect me, as I'm used to the clarity of 1440p. Also, if you have any monitor suggestions, please let me know.
Budget : 150$-250$ CAD
