Gaming monitor

Rank peak : Ascendent 1 Current rank: Diamond 1 Monitor specs: 24inch 60Hz 1440p I'm thinking of buying a new monitor with a higher refresh rate as I think it might help me in higher elo. The only issue is that a 1440p monitor with a higher refresh rate is too pricey for me. I might have to settle for 1080p. I'm wondering how much the difference in clarity will affect me, as I'm used to the clarity of 1440p. Also, if you have any monitor suggestions, please let me know. Budget : 150$-250$ CAD

1080p is fine nobody uses 1440p for competitive gaming 1440p will just make your game look better or like smoother as in the textures, also lowering fps at the same time prob
