I note that the ticket was submitted on my other account as I was originally locked out of the account that was actually charged, but I have since regained access.
I’m not sure if they’re misunderstanding me

Lost authenticator access to my account & charged 3x.
Do you know how long they take to reply as I did one of these a few days ago and been charged again since. Can't really sit here and watch cloudfare charge me over & over
