Random FPS drop
whenever i fight reload or do anything. my fps just randomly drop and go back to normal. yes i already updated the gpu drivers

Is this a good idea?
Should i play more comp and not unrated since I have something to lose in comp and actually try. not that I dont try in unrated but any opinions?
