or does the limited throughput check both after the efficience checker and before? (I think this might be the case)

slightly confused on what you said.
inject input: is the input (simple enough)
limited throughput: is like the belt used? so if i have 600items/m inject, but my belt is a mk3 (and I only have one belt), my throughput will be 270 items/m
required items: is the sum of all things at the end of the belt counting overclocks and underclocks.
Is this correct?
