Vault
is there such a way to get the vault plugin to run on a velocity proxy? most of the plugins im running with mods work but for some reason vault isnt running or being picked up by the proxy or the server itself

Server network
so me and my friend made a server network consisting of a proxy hub and backend server for cobblemon my proxy runs velocity and the other 2 run forge loaders but has a fabric mod pack installed how do it get it to where my plugins work with the mods like luck perms and its prefixes showing across all the servers, i have placeholder api installed but that doesn’t do what it’s supposed to so if there any suggestions on what i should change that would be appreciated
