strange that it showed that, i started a new save!
in regards to the roll back, that fixed it! it works with every mod, except, foundations+ says it relies on 3.10 i believe. i got an error trying to downgrade and saw that one conflict.

verified game files.
chunk tested mods,
narrowed it back to the ccp mod
all with fresh saves each time.

more than likely a mod conflict. im at 160+ mods so theres bound to be some issue somewhere.
i tried verifying game files but that didnt change things. ill do some testing later and try to pinpoint the offending mod.
should only have to test the ones that add chat commands.
will update this if i find it, and open a ticket for the offending mod and reference this ticket.

no, i have not chenged any keybinds, i think it is conflicting with another mod. i just tried it by itself and it works. sorry to waste your time. its been a long week and i didnt think to test it alone. 🙃
