This is an image that loads through a Proxy. My ISP is Claro but as other users reported seems to be a level above it. I will wait for a few hours to normalize.

Hey, sorry to chime in lately, I came here to ask the same thing.
I have an R2 exposed to the web where I host images from my clients and platform. Currently all images are being "timed out".
I I access the image through an US proxy, everything works great. I'm near São Paulo and from here everything in R2 is timing out.
What details do you guys need to trace this issue? I have full access to the CloudFlare dashboard and the registrar of my domain too (though the NS are on CloudFlare)
