Which suggests that today's "Network Performance Issues" was solved, but it's not entirely true.

which regions are you specifically talking about? Extra details would help the team in looking into it

Hey, sorry to chime in lately, I came here to ask the same thing.
I have an R2 exposed to the web where I host images from my clients and platform. Currently all images are being "timed out".
I I access the image through an US proxy, everything works great. I'm near São Paulo and from here everything in R2 is timing out.
What details do you guys need to trace this issue? I have full access to the CloudFlare dashboard and the registrar of my domain too (though the NS are on CloudFlare)
do you have a example URL that's timing out for you? And which ISP are you with?
Several regions from Brazil.. SP, RJ, its intermitent, random.. But a lot of users, for differents domains and servers
do you have examples of domains?
I think it still depends on the ISP, some of my customers are facing the same issue, but others don't, but they didn't told me the ISP yet.

a quick check with some scattered probes in Brazil doesn't seem to show any obvious issues right now for those domains. Yesterday about half of those probes would be red, but that's already fixed by now
I'll try to get more information about the ISP of those customers who are still facing the issue.
On https://downdetector.com.br/fora-do-ar/cloudflare/ there are some recent mentions about Claro / Embratel, a large ISP and reseller.
I can assure that
TELEFÔNICA BRASIL S.A and V TAL are working just fine, at least in Rio de Janeiro (capital)

This is an image that loads through a Proxy. My ISP is Claro but as other users reported seems to be a level above it. I will wait for a few hours to normalize.

Do you have any information regarding the Cloudflare issue affecting certain routes in Brazil?
We are still receiving multiple complaints from customers when the proxy is enabled and have to keep it off to restore normal functionality.
While the issue does not occur 100% of the time, the dynamic nature of the routes means that traffic occasionally passes through a router experiencing latency problems.
