Yeah i dont think we are finding a fix for this. Maybe contacting riot support and preforming an extensive troubleshoot with a professional could present the issue but im really just gonna back up everything i wanna keep and then preform a clean install of windows on my pc and format all my disks. @erehction

Anyways its late where i live and i have work early in the morning so i have to go to bed. I really do appreciate you trying to help. If you have anything more you would like me to try then ill do it tomorrow, and if not ill just backup my stuff and do a clean windows install on the computer and wipe everything i
