The only thing we're doing that isn't pretty much exactly copy-and-paste'd from CF docs is we aded a 5 second connect timeout (the
pg driver defaults to hanging infinitely, which just stalls until the Worker gets killed for exceeding CPU)12 replies

We did also experience a lot of Hyperdrive errors on Saturday, so very likely us 😅
